We started WOA Cocktails in New York in 2020, the year everyone was stuck at home. It was just the two of us, both out of New York’s luxury restaurant and beverage world. We made cocktails on camera, then delivered them, then started getting asked to run the bar at parties. 500+ events later, WOA is a full hospitality house with over 25 years of combined experience behind the bar, and now we are bringing it to Miami.

He spent years in New York luxury restaurants and beverage operations, and here he leads the guest experience: reading the Miami crowd, speaking to the Latin culture that runs through the city, and pulling cocktail ideas from the Dominican Republic, Cuba, Spain and beyond into blends you will not find on another menu. Hector Taveras, our beverage director in New York, writes the menus with him.

Our mobile bar prices
The price depends on how many guests you need us to serve, across our four packages. Essentials covers beer, wine and a few mocktails with a basic bar. Silver brings in more spirits, mixers and a welcome cocktail. Gold, our most booked, adds our signature cocktails, mocktails, premium spirits and the full luxury bar. Platinum adds 90+ point wines, a full backbar, every classic, premium glassware and a smoke show to lift the night for your guests.

Package pricing is the total estimated event budget. About 25 percent of it is reserved for your alcohol purchase from the shopping list we write. Bartenders only start at $275, our mixology classes at $55 per person with 12 people minimum, and bar rentals run $125 to $650. We quote every event to its date, hours, guest count and venue, and the proposal comes itemized.

Agreement and deposit
A short written agreement and a deposit lock the date. Cancel 72 hours or more ahead and the deposit stays as a credit for one year.
Menu and build
Optional tasting. Signature cocktails finalized, bar build and styling matched to your theme, shopping list sent to you.
Event day
We arrive early, set up, host the bar, break down and leave clean. You stay a guest at your own event.

Our mobile bar packages start at $850 for 30 to 35 guests and run to $9,200 for a 250-guest Platinum event, whether the bar lands on a Brickell rooftop, in a Coral Gables garden or at a Wynwood showroom. Alcohol is separate: you buy it from our shopping list, about 25 percent of the budget. We quote every Miami event to its date, hours, guest count and venue, and the proposal arrives itemized.
How much does a mobile bar cost per hour?
We price by package and guest count, not by the hour. Every full mobile bar booking includes a three-hour service window, and longer nights are quoted in your proposal. If you only need bartenders behind your own bar, that starts at $275.
Is there a mobile bartender service in Miami?
Yes. We are WOA Cocktails, a mobile bar and bartending service based in Wynwood. We bring the bar, the bartenders, the cocktail menu, the mixers, the garnish, the ice and the glassware to your venue anywhere from Brickell to Miami Beach.
Is the alcohol included?
No. You buy the alcohol from the shopping list we write for your guest count and menu, from your own store or a delivery in Miami, or we coordinate the purchase with your card. Everything else that makes the bar run comes with us.
Are mobile bars allowed in Florida?
Yes. Mobile bars serve private events across Miami every week. At our events you buy the alcohol and we serve it, and we are insured. Some venues and condo buildings have their own rules for outside bars, so we confirm those with your venue before the date.
How many bartenders do I need for a 100 person wedding?
It depends on the menu, the hours and the style of service, so we set the number on the discovery call. Our rule for Miami weddings, rooftops and condo party rooms is simple: enough staff and enough bars that nobody waits more than 3 minutes at peak.
Can I rent a mobile bar without bartenders?
Yes. Our bar rentals run $125 to $650 depending on the build, the date and the venue. We deliver the bar, set it up styled and ready, and pick it up after. You stock it and run the night, and you can add our bartenders or a custom menu at any point.
How far ahead should I book a mobile bar for a Miami wedding?
Weddings book up to a year out, and the busy months around Art Basel, New Year and the spring run fill first. A full mobile bar can be booked with 3 days' notice and bartenders only with 24 hours' notice, depending on the date.
Where in Miami can you set up a mobile bar?
Rooftops in Brickell and Downtown, condo party rooms in Edgewater and Miami Beach, showrooms in Wynwood and the Design District, offices along Brickell Avenue and Miracle Mile for corporate events, gardens and homes in Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Pinecrest and Key Biscayne, and Calle Ocho and Little Havana for the parties that run late. Bal Harbour too, and Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach on select dates. Travel inside Miami is included.
Can you do a zero-proof bar for a Miami event?
Yes. Our zero-proof and low-ABV menus get the same spec and presentation as the spirited ones. The Cucumber Cooler, the Passion No-Jito and the NA Michelada are on the list, and we build new ones for a theme. The Morning Star we poured at the Flow Brickell market is the one Miami keeps asking for.
Does the Miami heat change the setup?
Yes, and we plan for it. Outdoor bars in Miami get shade, extra ice and house-cut cubes that hold, citrus cut the same day, and a menu that leans on spritzes, margaritas and long drinks. Indoors we match the room: a compact cart for a Brickell condo lounge, the full front bar for a ballroom in Coral Gables.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel 72 hours or more before the event and your deposit stays available as a credit for up to one year, for any Miami date. WOA Cocktails LLC is registered in Florida, and every event is confirmed by a written agreement.
